Choosing to work with Kateri as my spiritual life coach, and making this investment in myself, is easily one of the best decisions I've ever made. I do not say that lightly. During a season where self-doubt, guilt, shame, and hopelessness where swallowing me whole, I decided enough was enough, and that I wanted to live and not die. I'd worked with Kateri briefly in another life, and was always drawn to her calm energy and welcoming spirit. Even in that environment, I was inspired by her gifts and her light. When the opportunity arose, it was a no-brainer to give myself permission to receive her wisdom, as I finally answered the call on my life to transition from entertainment manager to holistic performance coach. I cannot recommend Ellie enough. With her help, I found the way back to myself - reconnecting with "little Erick", and finding joy in all the things that had lost meaning to me over time as I lost touch with parts of my identity when I "over-indexed" on my gay identity. Ellie has helped me tune in, explore and identify my core values, which I will reference any time I feel lost or in doubt.
I used to struggle a lot with making decisions on a daily basis... I was just so out of touch with my own desires. Through Ellie's guided meditations, I had so many powerful sensory experiences. I was able to sit with my thoughts and uncertainty for some time, tune in, and slowly find the things that fill my cup: Creativity, nature, social connection, family - as well as release those unhealthy patterns that no longer serve me. Finally, I was able to reframe every closure as a new opening to receive what feels more aligned to my soul's purpose.
